We are currently selecting a CHEF DE PARTIE with a minimum of two years of demonstrable experience, with time availability and a vocation for gastronomy.

What will you do?

  • Manage the kitchen operations ensuring the proper functioning of the service in terms of quality and product.

  • Leadership and consolidation of the work teams.

  • Preparing the dishes of the menu.

  • To be responsible for cost control in order to achieve the objectives.

  • Distribute and delegate tasks to the kitchen teams. 

  • Responsible for inventory and order management.

Who are we looking for?

Hard-working, enthusiastic and adventurous people who are passionate about what they do, who know the latest cooking techniques. Creative, proactive and able to solve unforeseen kitchen problems. They must be self-sufficient and responsible, and above all, friendly and friendly.

  • It is essential to have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

  • High capacity for teamwork and involvement, with a vocational profile in the kitchen.

  • Ability to make decisions.

  • Essential time availability for split shift.

  • Essential training in Hospitality and Catering.

  • Depending on the destination, minimum English level B2.
